  2. Bleu Rose Ltd. will provide you with a detailed explanation of ANY Macintosh OS error you have an interest in. This is a FREE service available to you via EMail from Bleu Rose Ltd.

  4. Request an Error Analysis is an application that aids you in taking advantage of our free Macintosh error analysis service.

  6. It creates 2 text files suitable for EMailing to us. Inside the files are details about your Macintosh (or clone) that will aid us in determining the cause of your error.

  59. EMail deliveries to AOL accounts is a continuing problem for us. ALL of our EMail destined to AOL addresses is never delivered. AND it is not returned. It simply disappears. AOL has said that nothing is wrong and "We don't do that". However, we have tried to send EMail MANY times to AOL users without success.

  61. Therefore, if you use an AOL address for your EMail, we will be unable to offer you our free analysis service.
